Terms and Conditions


The shop's main currency is USD and include relevant taxes. USD will be used during the check-out & payment process.

On the product pages and cart you can change USD to some other currencies for indicative values only.


Prices are all-inclusive and orders are only shipped C.O.D or prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon. All bank charges and transfer fees are to be paid by the customer.


All prices are quoted ex warehouse in Phuket, Thailand and not inclusive of shipping.  Customers are responsible for shipping expenses which are quoted for by Scuba Clinic.  Scuba Clinic is not responsible for any damage or shortage, which are caused by the courier. Shortage or damage claims shall be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to the courier and Scuba Clinic.

Inbound import charges, custom fees... are not part of the quoted shipping expense and will be the responsibility of the buyer if such are levied in the country of destination. We like to point out that for international shipping, items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value - your country's customs office can offer more details -. Scuba Clinic set the item's declared value in compliance with customs declaration laws. As the buyer, you should be aware of possible delays from customs inspection, import duties and taxes which buyers must pay and brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery. If your shipping destination has specific formalities or requirements for administrative purposes, please let us know and we will try to accommodate for it.


Defective products will be repaired or replaced at Scuba Clinic’s discretion for a limited time period of 6 months. This policy excludes:

  • misuse of the products,
  • use of the products outside their working range,
  • pins on pin, hook and face spanners, sockets or other tools,
  • service kits and consumables,
  • normal wear and tear.

Customers are required to send all items for repair or replacement to Scuba Clinic, where customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Special regulations may apply on different products. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice.

If the customer refuses to accept the package for whatever reasons (eg. unexpected custom duties or other fees), the package can be returned. However you will only get a partial refund for the goods if they are in a sellable condition. Initial freight charges and additional return fees will be deducted.


Scuba equipment servicing is ONLY to be performed by certified technicians. Scuba Clinic will not be held liable for any injuries, deaths or damages resulting from unauthorised or misuse of our products.
