This bullet is used for installation of the piston guide, the back-up rings and the piston stem O-ring onto the piston stem of Sherwood SR series first stage. 

Placing the bullet over the threaded side of the piston stem will protect the inner sealing surfaces of the various components from being damaged by the threads during installation.
